I'm very happy to offer The Jazz App as a Jazz Day Event for a 2nd year. This event presents concept videos of a game app for jazz fans. The game taps a player’s ability to listen to and identify (mostly standard) jazz tracks by musician, track title, album title, lyricist and/or date of release, depending on the player's progress. Online performance rankings would be part of the fun for folks with a competitive edge. And the app could help support jazz musicians in need since their compensated role as proctors for advanced players is a major feature of how the game would work. It's all just an idea now, but with enough interest, maybe it can be more. Thanks for checkin' it out.
