SDPB Radio's Jazz Nightly and host Karl Gehrke welcome the JAS Quintet and the Jazz Diversity Project for a live studio performance and discussion of the history of jazz.

The Sioux Falls Jazz and Blues Society began the Jazz Diversity Project (JDP) in 2006. JDP is a traveling assembly program that brings live jazz music into middle schools across South Dakota. Since the beginning, over 60,000 students have been exposed to this great program.
