The 2022 CUNY Jazz Festival features performances by student ensembles from across the CUNY system, along with concerts and master classes by NEA Jazz Master Sheila Jordan, guitarist Pete McCann, the Scott Reeves Jazz Orchestra, and pianist Fred Hersch. The festival, now in its 22nd year, takes place on May 5-6 in the Aaron Davis Hall (Theater B), 135th & Convent Avenue, New York City. All events are free and open to the public. The festival is presented by the The Simon H. Rifkind Center for the Humanities and the Arts, the City College Music Department, and the City College Center for the Arts.
