Beginning this year in Daegu, South Korea – the Jazz Day Relay of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network / Cities of Music travels around the world with a song “Bird, Bird, Bluebird.” The song is a modern take on a traditional Korean melody presented by the Park Siyeon Trio. Traveling to other cities in the global network – the song is a call to action for Sustainable Development Goal 13: Climate Action. Produced by the UNESCO Creative Cities Network / Cities of Music in cooperation with Daegu, Kansas City, and London, Canada. This is the second year for the Jazz Day Relay.
