In celebration of Jazz Appreciation Month (as designated by the Smithsonian), the Community Jazz Center of Greater Des Moines (CJC) is hosting six hours of local jazz on Sunday, April 7 at Turner Jazz Center on the campus of Drake University. The day features up and coming students to seasoned pros.

Performers include:
The CJC Big Band, Abram Miller Duo, John Krantz Trio, NOLA Jazz Trio, CJC Student Jam Session and CJC Hall of Fame Combo.
