Featuring Mind-Builders Stage Band and invited guests, under the direction of trombonist and composer Christopher William Palmer, Mind-Builders' monthly Jazz Night events are special evenings where professionals and students alike play, improvise, and vibe side by side. Each month’s repertoire follows select themes and styles. For April, players will take on popular video game jazz tunes, highlighting both the fun and the complexities of video game soundscapes. From Super Mario Bros, to Undertale, and original compositions by Palmer himself, the evening promises to be an energetic one celebrating the richness of jazz.
