The 2023 CUNY Jazz Festival will take place on May 4-5 from 12-10pm in the Aaron Davis Hall (Theatre B), 134th/Convent Ave., NYC. It will feature student ensembles from across the CUNY system, as well as concerts and masterclasses by fifteen-time Grammy nominee, pianist/composer Fred Hersch (May 5th), highly sought-after trumpet player Tony Kadleck (May 4th), and the City College of New York Faculty Jazz Ensemble. The festival embodies the joy of performing and thriving in an educational environment and admission is free. Presented by the The Simon H.
