Il “Duo Emanuela Di Benedetto - Giulio Gentile”, nasce nel 2012 dall’incontro di due giovani appassionati di musica Jazz, divenuti poi studenti del Dipartimento Jazz del Conservatorio “Luisa D’Annunzio” di Pescara. Nel medesimo Conservatorio hanno conseguito entrambi la laurea di primo e
secondo livello con la votazione di 110 lode e menzione speciale.
Presenteranno “There’s No Place Like Home” il loro album d’esordio. Caratterizzato da una forte impronta identitaria, il progetto discografico di Giulio ed Emanuela racconta di se stessi e del loro
rapporto più intimo con la musica jazz: attraverso forme, sonorità e parole intessono narrazioni che accompagnano l’ascoltatore in un viaggio.

The "Duo Emanuela Di Benedetto - Giulio Gentile" was born in 2012 from the meeting of two young jazz lovers, who later became students of the Jazz Department of the "Luisa D'Annunzio" Conservatory in Pescara. In the same Conservatory they both obtained first degree and
second level with a grade of 110 honors and a special mention.
They will present their debut album "There's No Place Like Home". Characterized by a strong identity imprint, Giulio and Emanuela's recording project tells about themselves and their
more intimate relationship with jazz music: through forms, sounds and words they weave narratives that accompany the listener on a journey.
