Conoscendo un po’ un repertorio jazz di base ed alcuni stilemi improvvisativi, si richiede ai partecipanti di essere capaci di interazione e di ascolto reciproco, nonché di rispettare i ruoli nei vari momenti dell’esecuzione (accompagnatore – solista).
Una jam session non ha la priorità di intrattenere il pubblico,
ma è un opportunità di ritrovo e confronto tra musicisti.
Knowing a little about a basic jazz repertoire and some improvisational styles, participants are required to be capable of interacting and listening to each other, as well as respecting the roles in the various moments of the performance
A jam session does not have the priority of entertaining the audience,
but it is an opportunity for musicians to meet and discuss.
