The Austin Jazz Society, Women In Jazz, Austin Traditional Jazz Society, Texas Jazz Society, and the Long Center come together to present INTERNATIONAL JAZZ DAY 2025 on April 30th at 7pm in the Rollins Theatre.
Silver Creek Jazz Band will provide a lively welcome to the celebration performing in the lobby upon guests arrival beginning at 7pm, with on stage performances by the Austin Youth Jazz Orchestra under the direction of Diego Rivera, the music of BETO y los Fairlanes as arranged for big band by Paul Baker, and “International Women In Jazz: A Celebration” featuring Elena Diaz, Silvie Rider Young, and Pamela Hart.
