Freshtet est un trio de jazz moderne lyonnais créé début 2019 par le batteur Romain Frechin. Il s'entoure du pianiste Antoine Bacherot et du contrebassiste brésilien Marcel Bottaro. « Alliant subtilement jazz traditionnel, harmonie moderne et rythmes actuels (lo-fi), les fougueux jeunes gens revisitent avec brio les grilles et les beats de standards populaires en laissant une bonne place à l’improvisation où leur inventivité s’exprime pleinement » - Rhino Jazz Festival.
