We Got That Swing! is co-produced by Jazz Power Initiative, Harlem School of the Arts, and the National Jazz Museum in Harlem with lead support from West Harlem Development Corporation. Now in its fourth year, the day-long event lifts up and inspires uptown Manhattan and Bronx youth participation in jazz and Latin jazz.
This year's featured artist is the 19-piece big band, the Steven Oquendo Latin Jazz Orchestra (SOLJO), with Jazz Power Iniative's Zah! Ensemble, HSA's Advanced Jazz Band, HSA Voices and HSA Dancers, and the UpBeat NYC Afro-Latin Jazz Ensemble.
