Celebrate International Jazz Day With the Afro-Cuban Flair of Havana Nights
04/29 06:30
Red Bank , NJ
The nonprofit Jazz Arts Project Presents "Havana Nights", A Gala Concert Event showcasing the Afro-Cuban connection to this swinging melting pot called Jazz. Afro-Latin Jazz Artist Arturo O'Farrill headlines the event with three other bands, culinary treats, decor, and more surprises. The all-women Afro-Latin percussion group La Manga will kick off the proceedings with pre-concert festivities, which include a classic car show featuring automobiles that were prevalent during the heyday of Havana. Join us at Red Bank's Triumph Brewery to celebrate Jazz Appreciation Month, International Jazz Day, and the global influence and enduring legacy of jazz.
