Jazz a la Calle

Jazz a la Calle was founded to support community-based music instruction and teacher training in its hometown of Mercedes, Uruguay. The organization, which recently partnered with the nearby Universidad Tecnológica del Uruguay, begins its academic year around Jazz Day with youth workshops, concerts and educational outreach.
