This year, NOVA International Schools celebrates International Jazz Day with an educational jazz performance, called "Jazzurrection of Drums". Our guest and performer will be one of our country's best percussionists, Goce Naumov. The performance will consist of drum rhythms and improvisations with singing and music backgrounds and stories on the principles and the philosophy of jazz.
Goce Naumov (Next to Silence/Sethstat) is a musician focused on various music styles such as jazz, ethno, experimental, and art performance. He collaborated with Trevor Wats, Damo Suzuki, Gustavo Aguilar, Tony Brown, and many others. He had played concerts and gigs around Europe and USA, did a number of art performances, and composed music for theatre.
