Founded in 1997, Le Club Jazz has been a focal point of the national and international jazz community, providing a full-fledged listening room with local and international jazz artists, while never turning down anyone who loves jazz, whether a novice student or a traveler for a tune or two at their longstanding weekly Sunday jam sessions. This year, the jam will fall on this year 2023's International Jazz Day, hosted by one of Kansai's most sought-after saxophonists, Masashi Shinozaki. His jam sessions are inclusive, yet never compromising in the music-making process, and are not simply "play a tune and solo" jams.
