El Paseo del Mar, recientemente inaugurado, un espacio paradisiaco frente a la playa de Bella Vista en la acogedora ciudad de Porlamar, Municipio Mariño, Isla Margarita será el escenario de este gran encuentro para celebrar el Día Internacional del Jazz, evento que servirá para promover la cultura de los pueblos y fortalecer el turismo como herramienta fundamental del desarrollo y bienestar de los pueblos, apoyando la iniciativa d la Unesco que proclamó el 30 de abril como "Día Internacional del Jazz". Estarán como invitados Okere Jazz, Alain Henriot Quartet y la cantante María Estrella.
