El jazz para las nuevas generaciones involucrando a los niños es la intención, en esta ocasión, del concierto didáctico para realizar una doble celebración: la edición 11 del Día Internacional del Jazz y el Día del niño en México.
La formación Liquidambar JAZZ BAND tiene entre sus objetivos acercar la música a los niños de una manera atractiva y amena que les permita construir conocimiento a la vez que les provoque placer para generar el interés hacia el jazz. El grupo ya tiene trayectoria en diversos festivales y fue elegido para ofrecer el concierto didáctico.
