Students of “Golden Melody–Unlimited FUN” (金曲樂韻–無限FUN), a singing interest class for elderly and retirees hosted by the Stanley/Shek O Neighbourhood Elderly Centre, will take part in the International Jazz Day 2024 during a special session of their lesson on 30 April 2024 entitled “Jazz Fun & Share Day” (爵士樂FUN享日). Students will be introduced to the world of Jazz, starting with the fundamental question – “What is Jazz?”. The “Jazz Fun & Share Day” aims to introduce students to the origin and characteristics of Jazz, thereby broadening students’ horizons in their unbounded journey of music.
