Presentacion virtual y presencial de las agrupaciones juveniles de las diferentes escuelas de musica en Bucaramanga y paises invitados al festival que tienen el Jazz, el Blues y el Latin Jazz como base de su educacion; profesores y talleristas estaran ofreciendo a sus alumnos y publico en general tecnicas clasicas y novedosas de aprendizaje, en esta version se destacara especialmente la participacion de las Mujeres en el desarrollo de estos generos musicales universales.
