In Jazz Month, JazzB will welcome Marta Karassawa, a pianist and arranger who leads a quintet of renowned musicians such as Teco Cardoso (tenor sax and flutes), Sidmar Vieira (trumpet and flugel) Frank Herzberg (double bass) and Zé Eduardo Nazário (drums), presenting an authorial repertoire marked by a fusion of influences ranging from funky blues to samba, swing and baião. TEMPO BOM is the fruit of their musical career of more than 25 years, from Berklee College of Music to the present day.
