On April 30, Elegance Cafè Jazz Club in Rome celebrates International Jazz Day 2026 with a concert dedicated to Duke Ellington, one of the most influential composers in jazz history. The evening features the Giulia Lorenzoni Quartet with Giulia Lorenzoni (vocals), Tobias Nicoletti (piano), Giuseppe Civiletti (double bass) and Gianluca Costa (drums). The quartet presents an elegant tribute to Ellington’s repertoire, reinterpreting classic swing masterpieces with contemporary sensitivity. The performance unfolds in two sets within the intimate atmosphere of the jazz club, offering guests the possibility to enjoy dinner and concert or drink and concert during this special celebration of jazz in Rome.
