The 6th edition of Campus Jazz presents a strong program (30/04-03/06), anchored in an international perspective and simultaneously committed to the artistic vibrancy of the Aveiro region. The lineup brings together renowned figures such as Gilad Hekselman, Amaro Freitas, Rita Payés, and Adam Ben Ezra, creating a program that favors dialogue between aesthetic approaches, different geographies, and different generations. The UAveiro Jazz Orchestra, UAveiro Big Band and the Orquestra das Beiras will be sharing the stage with some of these musicians. The audiences can also take part in masterclasses, workshops, an exhibition, a big band internship and jam sessions. New professionals can also present its work in the UAveiro Jazz Competition.
