“Trimurti” is formed by Leon Baldesberger on trumpet, Luís Henrique on double bass, and Maximiliano Llanos on drums.
The three musicians have known each other for several years, during which time they have developed a strong connection both musically and personally, having played together in a variety of projects.
This trio formation has been crystallizing for some time now, and will celebrate International Jazz Day with the release of their first album of original compositions, published by MdC Records, in a concert in partnership with the Cineteatro Louletano.
The repertoire is based on jazz aesthetics, ranging from pulsating rhythms and striking melodies to more contemplative moments.
