The Mick Foster Quartet brings together four top UK jazz musicians performing Mick’s melodic originals alongside well-known jazz classics. Known for his lyrical baritone saxophone playing, Mick Foster has performed with leading ensembles from the John Dankworth Big Band to the English National Opera. A respected educator and prolific composer, his music has featured on BBC radio and in film soundtracks. Their acclaimed albums Live at The Vortex and Four Views capture the group’s refined interplay and have received national praise. Expect an evening of sophisticated, expressive jazz.
