Pentagon Jazz Club is one of the Mountain Pioneer Jazz Foundation's 11-member clubs in Lesotho. Each member of the foundation plays host to other jazz clubs from around Lesotho on a Sunday that falls on a month-end weekend. The members meet and mingle as they listen to Afro and American jazz and jazz from many parts of the world. This month's event is very special in that it is being held a day after the International Jazz Day celebrations worldwide and is being held under the same theme. Pentagon Jazz Club in TY will therefore be the hosts of International Jazz Day 2022 in Lesotho and everyone is welcome! There will be lots of jazz music, food, drink and a presentation on the history of jazz in Lesotho and South Africa.
