The Marshal of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship invites you to celebrate #JazzDay in Toruń!
The program features a concert, a live interview, a radio documentary, and an exhibition of unique photographs by Jarek Wierzbicki— all in tribute to Zbigniew Namysłowski.
The concert will showcase the jazz supergroup RODZIEWICZ, composed of leading figures of Polish jazz: Jacek Rodziewicz (bari sax), Maciej Sikała (tenor sax), Marcin Gawdzis (trumpet), Jan Smoczyński (keyboard), and Beniamin Przeradowski (drums). They will be joined by special guests: the master’s son, Jacek Namysłowski, an outstanding trombonist, and Q-rek, a rising jazz guitar star. The ensemble will present both original compositions and the music of Zbigniew Namysłowski.
