Under the mentorship of Braco Doblekar, the young and promising J. J. A. Jazz Trio (originally including Jaša Krevh on double bass) won first prize and a gold medal with a perfect score at the 2022 TEMSIG competition for young Slovenian musicians, along with a special recognition for the interpretation of the Slovenian jazz piece “Prijatelji” by Braco Doblekar. The group also received two gold medals at TEMSIG 2023. Since June 2023, the ensemble consists of thirteen-year-old Jakob Jon Doblekar, fifteen-year-old Julij Ogulin, and seventeen-year-old Aleksander Črtalič. In December, singer Flora Krampač joined the group.
