A public conference with an educational focus, exploring themes related to the relationship between jazz and society.
Proposal:
“The School I Dreamed Of” – a talk with Maestro Bruno Tommaso, an internationally renowned musician, educator, and founder of the academic jazz program within Italian conservatories.
This will be followed by a collective silent listening session of a historic jazz record, introduced by M° Bruno Tommaso. The event is inspired by the culture of Japanese listening bars, where active listening becomes an experience of discovery and respect for the musical work, within a shared, collective setting.
