International Jazz Day on MBS Light digital radio

At six in the evening the digital radio service, MBS Light, will kick off a six hour celebration of the UNESCO International Jazz Day hosted once again by national broadcaster John Diegan. The evening's celebrations will include a feature on Herbie Hancock by MBS Light jazz & blues presenter Rob Morris and two live broadcasts from the Brisbane Jazz Club with entertainment by the Queensland Conservatorium's vocal ensemble inVOICES, the Chris James Quartet, the Bec Olek Trio, Pearly Black and Jazz Club host Ingrid James - and many others. The evening will end with an hour of easy listening jazz presented by MBS Light regular Mike Ravell.
