In Mumbai, International Jazz Day has been celebrated since it's inception. Jazz Day Mumbai is curated by the Godfather of Jazz in India, Mr. Louiz Banks.
This year our Jazz Day will be a Tribute celebrating the incredible musical life of Tabla Maestro Ustad Zakir Hussain for his immense contribution to the Art globally.
The celebration will feature some of the finest Jazz artists in the Country spanning a duration of approximately 3 hours.
From Jazz Standards, Original Compositions to Jazz Fusion.
International Jazz Day, Mumbai will be held on 30th April 2025 at St. Andrew's Auditorium, Bandra West.
