Nassau

In-Person

This year's event, as The Bahamas celebrates 50 years as an independent nation, will highlight and celebrate our musical pioneers while encouraging seasoned musicians to mentor, encourage and influence young talent. It also aims to promote the sense of unity and peace while showcasing and supporting local seasoned artists and new talent. Creative Families will be highlighted during the jazz concert segment which will primarily feature celebrated musicians over the past 5 decades and their offspring.
Mentor Adrian D'Augilar (Bassist) and his Mentee Giveton Gelin (Trumpeter) will be honoured during an Opening Ceremony where parliamentarians will also be present. Craft Vendors from Creative Nassau will be on site. Event is free to the public.
