For the eleventh time, our elementary music school will join the celebrations of the International days of dance and jazz. On Friday, May 1, 2026, from 2 to 6 p.m., dance formations from departments of the elementary school will alternate on two stages in the village square in Trojanovice “U Valacha”, and on the second stage, we will hear three musical projects. The virtuoso guitarist Tomáš Honsa and his Sinti Hot Club will open the event, followed by straight-ahead jazz performed by singer Eliška Šidlová and an accompanying quintet. The finale will be performed by the absolute top of Czech and Polish jazz. Trumpeter and composer Štěpánka Balcarová will present us with brand new music based on Polish verses set to music performance.
