The Matias LLopis Jazz Quartet is performing original music that will soon be recorded.
Matias LLopis is a jazz guitarist, educator and composer who lives in Buenos Aires, and who has been playing for many years both solo and with different groups made up of important musicians from the Argentine jazz scene.
They will play the guitarist's own compositions, original melodies, without losing sight of the tradition of the style, from swing to hard bop, and influences from Afro-Latin music.
This quartet brings together three generations, four important jazz musicians from Argentina: Matias LLopis (g), Juan Picotto (p), Maia Korosec (b) and Claudio Risso (dr).
