One of the best French jazz pianists and composer of his generation, Laurent Coulondre will perform his new project Meva Festa in front Montenegro audience, on 30 April at the Cultural Center of Podgorica (KIC Budo Tomovic). After topping the « French Musician of the Year » category of Jazz Magazine’s Annual Critics Poll and being featured on the February 2020 cover of the magazine, he wins the second « Victoire du Jazz » of his career in the « Best Instrumental Performance » category. For this occasion, he invited local drummer Slaven Ljujic to join his band.
The concert is supported by UNESCO office of Montenegro Ministry of Culture and Media, and City of Podgorica. By this event we will close our month long festival JAM in Montenegro.
