The event will feature three Toronto based bands:
1. MINT – A groove-based guitar and drum duo blending R&B, soul, hip-hop, funk, and jazz to create a chill, vibey, and immersive musical experience.
2. The Uncharted Quartet – A genre-defying ensemble fusing jazz, Persian and Middle Eastern folk, improvisation, and experimental soundscapes, with rich microtonal textures, expressive melodic storytelling, and rhythmic fluidity, the group moves seamlessly between structured compositions and open-ended exploration.
3. Saffron Tea - Led by Behzad Danesh, this ensemble reimagines Persian jazz by blending microtonal elements of Middle Eastern music with jazz. They create a sound rooted in tradition while exploring new possibilities.
