April 30 is International Jazz Day designated by UNESCO and world-famous musician Herbie Hancock in 2011. For consecutive year the city of Dobrich (Bulgaria) marks this celebration with a concert already turned in a tradition to the city and being a small part of the world jazz map.
In our concert program You'll hear beautiful jazz melodies and varied rhythms of classical jazz standards.
The quintet is:
Stoian Zhekov - trumpet
Plamen Petrov - trombone
Atanas Kapitanov - guitar
Nikolay Petrov - double bass
Stela Stoykova - drums
The concert starts at 17:30 local time at the established "jazz day place" - the outdoor museum "Lapidarium", city center. The event is organised by the Dobrich Municipality.
