UNESCO Club Vienna joins musician, composer and educator, Ciara Moser to use IJD 2024 as a platform to promote social inclusion and empowerment of persons who are blind. CE Presentation - Blind. So What?: Music and Blindness - was part of Ciara Moser's Masters of Music Global Jazz degree at Berklee College of Music. Through workshops, podcasts and her 2023 debut album by the same name she explores her personal journey of being born blind while raising awareness of the power of jazz as a force to inspire, enable and empower.
