A whole Jazz Day of different activities happening from noon till midnight, music performances, Jazz For Kids, screenings, Jam sessions and workshops to celebrate, promote and create awareness about Jazz. Featuring members of the Jazz Society of Egypt, Cairo Jazz Day will take place at the memorial old campus of the American University of Cairo (Now called AUC Tahrir Cultural Centre) where exists Ewart memorial hall in which many Jazz legends have performed, including Louis Armstrong, Artie Shaw, Randy Weston, Herbie Hancock among many others.
