Backed by the magical rhythm of Theo de Jong (who also writes the cello parts) and Lionel Beuvens, superbly enhanced by Sigrid Vandenbogaerde's cello, this new formula with its particularly original instrumentation opens the third part of an adventure that began in 2001 with the CD 'Amazone', followed a few years later by the CD 'Moon at Noon'.
The new repertoire marks a smoothly negotiated turn towards more modern music, with the emphasis still on melody, and leaving a few exotic scents in its wake...
