The Jazz Society of Egypt (JSE) celebrates the jazz day with a very special event, a “Mega” Jam session that gathers Egypt’s Jazz All – Stars together on one stage demonstrating the broad and growing Egyptian jazz scene with great musicianship and artistry.
JSE was founded in 2009 with the first edition of Cairo Jazz Festival to increase the awareness about Jazz as music, culture and a human thought, and increase the community of Jazz audience. The Jazz society of Egypt actively organizes a variety of activities, including workshops, master classes, film screenings, panel discussions and Jazz for kids program.
