International Jazz Day 2025 in Armenia will be celebrated on April 30, starting at 5:00 PM, in the very heart of Yerevan at the Cascade Complex - a cherished cultural landmark frequented by both locals and international visitors. This open-air concert will feature a dynamic performance by the renowned Artsakh State Jazz Orchestra, joined by the popular Dialog Project and a host of distinguished Armenian jazz musicians, uniting on stage for an evening of musical brilliance.

Following the outdoor festivities, the celebration will continue at the iconic Ulikhanyan Jazz Club at 8PM, a beloved venue that has long served as a creative home for Armenia’s jazz community.

Building on Armenia’s rich jazz heritage, which began with the founding of its first jazz orchestra in 1938, the event will showcase the distinctive evolution of “Armenian jazz”, a genre shaped by decades of artistic innovation and international influence. The program promises an inspiring blend of traditional and contemporary jazz, embodying themes of unity, resilience, and cultural identity, and reaffirming Armenia’s place on the global jazz map.
