The second edition of the M-Bassline Jazz Festival to commemorate International Jazz Day (IJD) will be held on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th April 2023. This year at the request of the musicians, we will focus on Mozambican AfroJazz, giving opportunities to local artists.
On Saturday 29th April the main event will be a concert with the following artists: Aniano Tamele; Zoco Dimande; the Zé Pires Project; Itallo Dlamini (from Eswatini); and Lalah Mahigo. The keynote speaker will be the UNESCO Resident Representative in Mozambique who will explain the significance of IJD.
On Sunday 30th April the UNESCO Global AllStars concerts will be shown.
